There are many feelings commonly experienced by people with asthma. You
will undoubtedly have felt some or all of these at one time or another:
from denial to confusion, anger, embarrassment and fear. No-one enjoys
having anything less than perfect health, so not surprisingly, many feelings
about asthma are negative ones. It is essential to take a positive approach
to dealing with your asthma. However, as you will know, whether you have
asthma or it is a friend or member of your family, this is easier said
